Employees needing information regarding Benefits and Entitlements, or the status of an employee application should contact BEST at 800-525-0102 Option 2 for civilian employees.

Benefits and Entitlements Service Team (BEST) is located at the Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC), Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas. BEST is responsible for providing customer service and current benefits information for Air Force-serviced civilian employees in the following programs:

Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program
Federal Employees Group Life Insurance (FEGLI) Program
Thrift Savings Plan (TSP)
Retirement (and retirement related) Programs
Survivorship (counseling and/or claims assistance for employee death-in-service and family member death)

NOTE: The Civilian Personnel Office (CPO) is unable to assist employees with any benefits questions.
