100% VA Disability Guide

Must have a VA benefits summary letter stating “100%” and your date of when you became totally and permanently disabled.
Must have a copy of your DD 214.
If you need to add/remove a dependent, please refer to the “Dependent Criteria” button.
Ensure you have two forms of ID, the benefit summary letter and the DD 214 present for processing.
