Lt. Gen. Richard M. Clark is the Superintendent, U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colo. He directs a four-year regimen of military training, academics, athletic and character development programs leading to a Bachelor of Science degree and a commission as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force or U.S. Space Force.

Brig. Gen. Paul D. Moga is the Commandant of Cadets, U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colo. He commands the 4,300-member Cadet Wing and more than 200 Air Force and civilian personnel. He guides military, leadership, and character development, Basic Cadet Training, and expeditionary skills training for the Air Force Cadet Wing, in addition to providing facilities and logistical support.
Brig. Gen. Moga is a 1995 graduate from the U.S. Air Force Academy. He earned his pilot wings at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas, and went on to fly the F-15C as an operational and formal training unit Instructor Pilot. His assignments include F-22 FTU Initial Instructor Pilot Cadre, first F-22 Demonstration Team Commander, Chief of Air Combat Command’s Senior Leader Management Division, the NATO Defense College, and Deputy Division Chief in U.S. European Command. He has commanded at the squadron, vice wing and wing level.
Prior to his current assignment, Brig. Gen. Moga was the Deputy Director of Operations for Headquarters United States Northern Command, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado. In this capacity, he was the principal advisor to the Commander, U.S. Northern Command for all operational matters, providing strategic guidance to plan and execute missions within the area of responsibility; land, maritime, homeland defense air operations, defense support to civil authorities and theater security cooperation, to include the Arctic.
He is a command pilot with more than 2,600 flying hours in the F-15C, F-22 and F-35A, including more than 250 combat hours in support of operations Southern Watch and Allied Force.

Brigadier General Linell A. Letendre is Dean of the Faculty, USAF Academy, Colorado Springs, Colo. She commands the 750-member Dean of Faculty mission element and oversees the annual design and instruction of more than 500 undergraduate courses for 4,000 cadets across 32 academic disciplines. She also directs the operation of five support staff agencies and faculty resources involving more than $350 million.
General Letendre graduated from the Academy in 1996 as a Distinguished Graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Astronautical Engineering. After serving as an acquisition officer, Letendre became a judge advocate through the Funded Legal Education Program. She graduated from the University of Washington Law School with high honors and was named to the Order of the Coif and the Order of the Barristers. She is barred at the U.S. Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of Washington, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and the Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals. Prior to this assignment, she served as the Permanent Professor and Head of the Air Force Academy’s Department of Law.
General Letendre previously served as a Staff Judge Advocate at Scott Air Force Base and also represented the Air Force in appellate review of all courts-martial as the Deputy Chief Trial and Appellate Counsel. Additionally, she previously served as the Legal Advisor for the DoD Comprehensive Review Working Group where she advised on legal and policy issues surrounding repeal of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell.” She also defended the Air Force in a range of federal civil litigation involving military personnel, served as Chief of Strategic Communication for The Judge Advocate General, and defended Airmen as an area defense counsel.

Colonel Christopher J. Leonard is the Installation Commander, 10th Air Base Wing, U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colo. He commands a team of more than 3,000 military, civilian and contractor personnel who conduct base-level activities for the entire installation, including security, civil engineering, communications, logistics, finance, contracting, chaplaincy, legal, lodging, medical, military and civilian personnel, and force support programs. The 10th Air Base Wing supports more than 4,000 cadets and a total military community of more than 25,000 personnel. He is responsible for a $150 million annual operating budget and serves as the Crisis Action Team Commander during all Air Force Academy installation contingency operations.
Prior to his current position, Col. Leonard was Senior Military Assistant, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Installations, Environment, and Energy, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Arlington, Va. In addition to Commanding at the Group and Squadron level, his staff experience includes headquarters tours at the Joint, Air Force and major command levels. Col. Leonard’s expeditionary experience includes numerous deployments in support of Operations Southern Watch and Iraqi Freedom.

Chief Master Sergeant Matthew R. D. King is the Command Chief Master Sergeant, 10th Air Base Wing, U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colo. In this capacity, he advises the Commander on all matters pertaining to health, morale, welfare and effective utilization of more than 3,000 Total Force personnel. He also guides senior leaders to ensure effective mission training, professional development and career broadening opportunities of assigned personnel. As the Command Chief, he helps the commander ensure effective security, civil engineering, communications, logistics, personnel, financial management, contracting, chaplaincy, equal opportunity, legal, lodging, food services, and medical operations to support the nation’s sole Air Force Academy and military community consisting of over 25,000 personnel. Chief Master Sergeant Matthew King is a native of Old Town, Maine. He has performed various duties within the cyber communications career field at the squadron, wing, and FOA and MAJCOM levels; additionally, he has served at Air Force Headquarters. His stateside assignments include bases in Virginia, Colorado, Florida, California and Washington D.C. Chief King has also completed three overseas assignments to Korea and has deployed in support of Operations SOUTHERN WATCH, ENDURING FREEDOM, NEW DAWN and IRAQI FREEDOM.
