ABOUT THE BASE LIBRARY

The Base Library is a one-stop-shop for all your educational and entertainment needs! We offer free books and magazines, board games, video games, DVDs, audio books and much more! We provide a variety of materials for all ages. Stop by the Base Library today!

We are open to all DoD cardholders. Those who are temporarily at USAFA may use their home DoD library card to check out materials. This includes 1 DVD and up to 5 books at a time.

Free paperbacks & magazines are available in the lobby of the library. If you have old magazines or books you wish to give away, please bring them to the library vestibule. Donations of books, DVDs, music CDs, audio books are always welcomed by the library. Tax gift receipts are given upon request for donated materials.
