ABOUT THE EDUCATION OFFICE
Higher education is an essential part of a successful career both in the military and beyond. If you are just getting started, working on your college degree or completing a certificate program; there are many resources available to help you attain your goals. We offer education assistance to active
duty personnel, their adult family members, and DoD civilians.
Education counselors can assist with questions about Military Tuition Assistance (MilTA), CCAF, commissioning, GI Bill Education benefits, education goals, financial aid options, SkillBridge, contacting local school representatives, and much more!
Military members assigned to USAFA, and their dependents, can obtain an in-state tuition form from the Base Education Office (military ID required) to receive state residency tuition rates. College Level Examination Programs (CLEP) tests and DANTES Subject Standardization Tests (DSST) are offered at Pikes Peak Community College.
